Massages

Explore the diverse range of massage therapy options available to promote health and wellness.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is used to reduce tension in the muscuskeletal system, improve the glide between the superficial fascia and the muscular system, and remove tissue restrictions that have developed over time. In this massage I use tools such as IASTM, infrared lamp and cupping therapy

Sports Massage

This massage is performed to prevent pathological symptoms that may arise as a result of large overloads occuring during sports and intensive traning. In simpler terms, it is about preventing overtiredness and overtraining as a result of training, which can lead to seious injuries. Muscle weakness and decreased concetration are the first symptoms of body fatigue, which can lead to straining and tearing of muscles and joints. In this massage I use tools such as IASTM, infrared lamp and cupping therapy

Lymphatic Drainage

This massage is a type of pressure massage performed to stimulate lymph circulation. The main indications for lymphatic massage are lymphatic stasis, swelling resulting from surgery (e.g. after thyroid surgery or mastectomy), diabetes. Lymhatic drainage is also often performed as a procedure supporting the process of weight loss and cellulite reduction.

Swedish Massage

It is relaxing massage has the most beneficial effect on the muscular, circulatory, lymphatic and nervous system. It improves blood circulation and accelerates the removal of toxins from the body. It relaxes muscles, relieves their tension, improves efficiency and also improves joint mobility. It softens and smoothes the skin and improves the nutrition of individual tissues. It has a very good effect on the hygiene of the nervous system, improves the quality of sleep, reduces stress and allows you to relax.

Dry Needling

An induced twitch response occurs when a dry needle stimulates a tight or involuntary contraction. This reaction helps reset the muscle, releasing deep tension and restoring normal function, enhances blood flow, making it a powerful tool for long-lasting relief. It is amazing combination whith massages such as Deep Tissue and Sport Massage

Cupping Therapy

That therapy uses negative pressure to lift and separate tight fascia and muscle layers. Enhances circulation, flushing out metabolic waste and reducing stiffness. Promote faster recovery and relaxation

IASTM

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization targets fascial restrictions and scar tissue buildup, improving blood flow, restoring normal tissue function, reduced pain and faster recovery. So you can move efficiently without restriction

Kinesiotaping

Kinesiotaping is a therapeutic method used by physiotherapists, which involves taping specific areas of the body with specially designed kinesiology tapes. Dynamic taping, by increasing the space between the skin and muscles, has an analgesic effect, while the use of kinesio tapes relaxes the muscles and reduces their tension. Because the tapes stabilize the joints, they are used during sports - they prevent injuries.
